PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
We only accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and most debit cards) and PayPal. 50% payment is due immediately following Quote Approval for us to get your order started. Your order will not transition to Pre-Production until 50% payment is made. The remainder of payment is made once the order is completed at or before customer pick-up or before shipment.
If a completed order is not paid for within 30 business days of its completion, an additional financing charge will apply. Invoices unpaid after 30 days of project completion will be subject to a 1.5% charge, 3% after 60 days, and an additional 1.5% every 30 days after.
SHIPPING & RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
We love our clients near and far, but unfortunately at this time we do not cover the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is not included in estimates unless specified upon quote creation (in which case we can include a place-holder amount so you have an idea of the all-in total cost). Please note that shipping time is not included in Turnaround Time. Once shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates. 33 Ink ships domestic UPS ground from our facility at zip code 75006.
We count, recount, quality control and more quality control each and every order. We encourage you to check the quantities of the garments you receive immediately. 33 Ink will not be responsible or held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Printing for your office and off-site warehouse space in the same run? Or maybe for multiple locations for your company? We can split your order and ship to multiple locations, (shipping billed at appropriate ground rates). Just let us know about the split shipments before we print and box your order!
TURNAROUND TIME & RUSH ORDERS
Our standard turnaround time for orders is 7-15 business days from the time of deposit and the approval of your art proof. Some types of prints may take longer, such as full color simulated process printing. Note that we are not open for national holidays - these days will add to the turnaround time of your order. We pride ourselves in being a pretty efficient shop, and most orders we average around 8 working days. However, if you NEED your order by a certain deadline, let us know upfront prior to your order placement, and we can see if it’s possible for us and our production schedule. Rush fees would likely apply.
Any order with a requested due-by-date earlier than 7 business days will be subject to a percentage rush fee, with each day adding 20% to your order.
Please note: ordering multiple designs at one time on one order, simulated process color printing, adding retail finishing (e.g. inside private label neck tags, sewn on labels, hang tags, folding, baging), printing with specialty inks (e.g. reflective, glitter) and/or fulfillment services will add to our standard turnaround time.
Compensation will not be made due to delays if the order is completed within our standard turnaround time. If production will take longer than our standard turnaround time, we will contact you. Only rush fees will be compensated if delivery day is not met.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to cancel your order, a refund may or may not be issued depending on the status of the order. Depending on the order status, the customer may have to pay a restocking fee or pay for the blank garments themselves. If the order is already completed, no refund will be issued.
COLOR MATCHING
For exact color matches, please include Pantone matched colors in your artwork submission. If a Pantone color match is not provided, 33 Ink will match the closest in-house stock ink color we have. In the event that you did not provide specific Pantone matched colors, 33 Ink will not replace garments or process a return if coloring is an issue. The nature of screen printing means even with an exact Pantone match, the colors may vary slightly on the actual garment. We highly encourage you to include Pantone colors with your artwork if specific hues are something you need. Not sure what to do, or know what a Pantone is - don’t worry! We can help and/or you can choose from our pretty robust Spot Color Ink Chart!
COLOR FIDELITY ON SPLIT/LEAKED, SIMULATED PROCESS PRINTS
Split print and simulated printing is amazing. We do a lot of this type of printing and love it. However, you may notice some minor color variations between the split locations and simulated process artwork. Our heat curing system can affect the dischargability of a fabric and ink build up on screens when multiple colors are laid on top multiple colors, which can affect the appearance of the colors even when we use the exact same inks through the process. Printing the same designs on 100% cotton tee shirts and then on a fleece/sweatshirt material cotton/poly blend may also affect color fidelity. While we cannot guarantee an exact match on every garment, we will absolutely try our best and hold ourselves to the highest quality standards that we do for every order. We stand by our printing but need to note this as this is a common condition in our industry for this type of printing.
SUPPLIER OUT OF STOCK GARMENTS
Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes, 33 Ink does not stock blank garments. From time to time the manufacturer may be out of stock on ordered items. 33 Ink will not be held liable for delays due to manufacturer out of stock or discontinued items. In these cases the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options.
MANUFACTURE DEFECTS
We cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, shade, or construction. We suggest ordering extra garments to account for such defects. If you are unsure of fit, hand-feel, or other notables when it comes to which blank you want us to print on, we encourage you to come by our showroom, or request samples. There would likely be a fee if we’re ordering a specialty garment we don’t normally print on. See other Terms & Conditions that would further affect that kind of order.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GOODS
We do print on customer supplied goods with a signed waiver should you want us to print on your own goods. 33 Ink is NOT responsible for replacing customer provided garments due to spoilage. In the case of spoilage, 33 Ink will refund/drop off the cost of the print only. So please make sure to provide extras if you need exact quantities.
THE NATURE OF SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is an industry of detail - from garment selection, designing the right artwork, hand mixing inks, burning screens, to dialing in placement on the press all work together to deliver the perfect print you love and your customers will want to wear constantly. All throughout this process, we work diligently to create a beautiful piece of custom merch.
This art form takes not on a static canvas, but a stretching, bending, and natural canvas that is a piece of clothing. The impact is that your prints may have some variance of placement up to ½”, or even some very, very slight stretching of the designs. This slight stretch of the art may be more apparent when printing large circles, large rectangles, perfect squares, or big simulated process prints. We work hard to be as accurate as we can when printing intricate artwork, but this is nearly impossible to avoid.
Also note Color Fidelity may not be consistent when screen printing across multiple styles, colors, and blends of apparel.

SPOILAGE & REPLACEMENTS
33 Ink will not be responsible for spoilage due to inconsistencies in the print on up to 3% of the order total, and will not provide replacements for shortage of units after the order is run. In some cases, extra garments will be included in an order. These are extras we supply in an attempt to keep spoilage percentages as low as possible. However, this can also mean a shortage of up to 3% on your order. Upon completion of your order, all the garments are hand counted, and if the order is short at all we credit back your account as soon as we send out the order. PLEASE NOTE: If you have an event, are running a presale, or are in any instance that exact quantities are needed, you will need to either account for this 3% spoilage in your numbers, potentially order a few extras, and let us know in advance that the order needs to be exact. This can add to production time as well as cost.
RETURN POLICIES
At 33 Ink, we are quality obsessed and high-touch in every part of our process. We’re not machines - we’re humans (and trying our best to be good ones!). We work hard and stand behind our work. That said, we do not offer returns on any order, but will reprint the order to the correct specs if a mistake in printing has been found. We do not offer Returns or Refunds on any order unless there is an inherent mistake that differs from the approved artwork proof. The reality is - the satisfaction of the end user with the final printed product is subjective. We offer very detailed mock-ups that require approval by the client, as well as request specific Pantone matching color mixing for orders that have specific color needs. We operate under very specific and numerous quality controls, standard operating procedures, and shop guidelines to ensure a quality finished product every time. We will not be held responsible for end user subjectivity.
If upon receiving your order you find that something is still incorrect after considering all these elements in these Terms & Conditions, you must notify us within 48 hours of the receiving of your product. Once we are notified, we will do everything we can to take care of any issues in a timely manner. If it’s determined that you need to return products to 33 Ink for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx only - any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this agreed timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
We’re “people-people.” We’ve made some great friends from this business, and enjoy working with really great customers and companies. We work hard and have a good time. There are many kinds of people and quite a few print shops out there - so if for any reason we feel like we are not the right fit for your job, or we are being rudely or inappropriately mistreated, we will kindly deny working with you and wish you all the best elsewhere on your journey. We reserve the right to not accept your order.
